Summary

  • add a sanitizer matrix workflow covering ASan, UBSan, and TSan across GCC and Clang with verbose CTest output
  • publish coverage results via gcovr and upload the summary artifacts
  • introduce a reusable perf smoke workflow and benchmark executable to detect regressions

Testing

  • ctest --test-dir build
  • ./build/tests/perf_smoke
